摘要
以磷酸二氢铝和氧化铝为成分的高温固化磷酸盐胶粘剂,通过添加纳米级氧化镁达到室温快速固化耐高温的目的。采用DSC、XRD和SEM以及力学性能测试等手段,研究了纳米氧化镁对磷酸盐胶粘剂固化温度、粘接强度、结构和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:由于纳米氧化镁对胶粘剂的固化促进作用,显著降低了胶粘剂固化温度,提高粘接强度。
In order to curing at room temperature, the phosphate adhesive consisted of Al (H2PO4 )3 and A1203 was added nano magnesia. The curing temperature, shear strength, structure and microstructure of phosphate adhesive were researched with DSC, XRD and SEM. Because of enhancement function, curing temperature of the adhesive with nano magnesia was decreased, shear strength of the adhesive with nano magnesia was increased.
