摘要
研究了玻璃纤维/甲基硅树脂复合材料高温下层间剪切强度的变化及耐湿热性。结果表明,室温~800℃过程中层间剪切强度随温度升高不断降低,800~1000℃层间剪切强度保持不变。采用IR对甲基硅树脂在室温,600℃,800℃及1000℃的结构进行表征,结果表明,甲基硅树脂在800℃时结构趋于稳定。对甲基树脂的TG分析表明,甲基硅树脂有良好的耐热性。利用SEM分析了玻璃纤维/甲基硅树脂复合材料800℃时树脂与纤维的结合变化。耐湿热性实验表明,复合材料经100h水煮后吸水率仅有2.35%,层间剪切强度下降21.9%。
The interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) under high temperature and moist resistance of glass fiber/methylsilicone composites were investigated. The results show that the ILSS gradually decreases with the increase of ignition temperature between room temperature to 800°C, but it is constant during 800-1000°C. The structure of methylsilicone resin at different temperature was characterized by IR spectrum. It is shown that the structure of methylsilicone resin is stable until 800°C. The thermal stability of methylsilicone was studied by TG, and the result shows that it has good heat resistance. Meanwhile the interface structure of the composites at 800°C was investigated by SEM. The moist heat resistance testing shows that the water absorption is only 2.35% and ILSS decreases by 21.9% after boiling for 100 h.
