摘要
磷酸盐基具有固化温度低,剪切强度高,电性能和耐热性能优异等特点。随着航空航天事业的发展现有的胶粘体系无法满足某些粘接部件对力学性能的要求以及对透波性能的要求。为满足航空航天的粘接需求,采用磷酸二氢铝为主成分,以氧化锌和氧化镁为固化剂,氧化锆和二氧化硅等为填料,制备了一种可以在160℃固化耐高温1500℃的胶黏剂,并研究了胶黏剂各组分对剪切强度的影响。研究表明这种胶黏剂可以用于陶瓷的修补以及耐高温复合材料的制备。
Phosphate adhesives have many advantages, such as low temperature curing, high shear strength, and excellent electric and heat -resistant properties. With the development of aviation industry, the present adhesive system cannot meet the requirements of mechanical performance and wave permeability of some bonding parts. In order to meet the demands of aviation, an adhesive is prepared which can be cured at 160℃ and has a heat -resistance of 1500℃ with Al( HPO4 )2 as major constituent, ZnO and MgO as curing agents, and ZrO2 and SiO2 as fillers. The effects of each component on the shear strength of the adhesive are studied. This adhesive can be applied in the preparation of heat - resistant composite materials and repair of ceramics .
