摘要
通过对攀钢热轧板厂十七辊矫直机存在问题的分析,结合现场实际,提出了对矫直机的压下连接机构、支撑辊结构形式进行改进和万向接轴进行改型的建议,解决了压下连接装置频繁松动及支撑辊频繁烧损、寿命低等制约生产的难题。
Improvements have been performed for the reduction connecting mechanism and the supporting roll structure of the Straightener as well as the innovation on the universal shaft by means of the analysis on the problems of the 17-roll Straightener of Hot Strip Mill of PZH Steel,which overcome the problem restricting production such as the frequent loosing of the reduction connecting mechanism and the burning damages of supporting roll,etc.
