摘要
在微酸性条件下(pH=2.0),铕(Ⅱ)与铬(Ⅵ)的反应可诱导铬-碘化钾氧化还原慢反应.据此提出了一种测定微量铕(Ⅱ)的停流-动力光学度法,确定了测定的最佳条件,此法测定微量铕(Ⅱ)的线性范围为0~2.1mg/L,检测限为0.015mg/L,间接Sandell灵敏度为0.0015μg/cm^2.除铈(Ⅲ)外,其余稀土离子不影响测定.用本法测定了发光材料中的微量铕,所得结果满意.样品加标回收率为96.8%,相对标准偏差RSD=2.1%.
The slow reaction of Cr( VI )-I- can be induced by Eu( Ⅱ)-Cr( VI ) reaction, and the kinetics of the reaction has been investigated with the stopped-flow technique by using iodine-starch complex as indicator. A stopped-flow kinetic method for the determination of europium is proposed,and the optimal conditions are established. The calibration graph is linear for 0~2. 1 μg/mL Eu( Ⅱ ),and the detection limit is 0.015 μg/mL Eu ( Ⅱ ). Other rare earth metal ions do not interfere with the determination except for Ce( Ⅲ ).
