摘要
采用整体解剖法观察了烟草种子胚乳细胞的增殖动态,用树脂包埋切片法和组织化学染色法研究了种子发育及其养分积累的过程。结果如下:①在种子发育过程中形成的胚乳细胞数有近半数因胚生长而解体;②胚发育的前期从珠被绒毡层获取养分,后期养分从胚乳细胞获取;③种子中的淀粉粒只在珠被中积累,花后6d达到最大值,花后13d消失;④花后12d蛋白质开始积累;⑤种子中的油脂约在花后5d开始积累;⑥种子发育初期,营养物质直接经过珠被表层细胞进入胚乳,花后10d开始,营养物质则从种脐处的维管束输入胚乳。
The changes of cell numbers of endosperm in tobacco seed were observed using whole dissection method, and the development of seed and its nutrient accumulation were studied with the method of resin embedding, cutting section and histochemical staining. The main results were as follows. ① About half of the endosperm cells degenerated for the growth of the embryo. ② The nutrients for embryo growth at the earlier stage came from integumental endothelium cells, while at the later stage the embryo obtained nutrients from the endosperm cells. ③ In tobacco seed the starch grains only accumulated in integument, they reached the maximum on the 6th DAF (days after flowering), and then disppeared on the 13th DAF. ④ The protein began to accumulate on the 12th DAF. ⑤ The oil began to accumulate in the seed on about the sib DAF in tobacco seed. ⑥ At the earlier stage of seed development, the nutrients were carried into the endosperm cells throughvia integumental epiderm cells,and on the 10th DAF,they began to be transported into the endosperm cells from the vascular bundle beside the omphaloidium.
