摘要
在农业生产上,种子的播种品质直接影响到萌发出苗、幼苗生长以至作物产量,而品种纯度又是特别重要的方面。实践证明,作物的品种纯度对产量影响很大,因而生产上需用高纯度种子播种。此外,品种纯度还是目前我国对种子进行分级定价的主要依据。显然,正确快速的测定作物品种纯度是很重要的,经典的品种纯度和真实性鉴定又各有其局限性,尽管生物化学鉴定法,特别是利用电泳技术对同功酶和种子贮藏蛋白的差异鉴定品种已取得了一定的成果。
The varietal purity of crops is a very important quality index of seeds,and the cultivar identification is a big problem on agricultural production nowadays. The authors study the difference of seed microstructure among 12 wheat cultivars and present a new method of cultivar identification.
