摘要
通过研究施氮量和氮肥基追比对中筋小麦扬麦 1 5 8茎鞘暂贮物积累与再运转、胚乳细胞数及粒重的影响 ,结果表明 :在设计的试验条件下 ,施氮量越高 ,茎鞘暂贮物积累量与输出量也越多 ,氮肥运筹对茎鞘暂贮物在花前、花后积累量与输出量有显著的调节作用。适当增加施氮量 ,并扩大后期 (拔节肥、保花肥 )施肥比例等措施能显著促进胚乳细胞分裂增殖 ,提高胚乳细胞充实度 。
The effects of nitrogen on accumulation and translocation of temporary reserves in stem and leaf sheath and endosperm cell number and grain weight in wheat via Yangmai 158 were studied in 1995~1997. Raising applied N amount and the percentage of N application after elongation stage could increase the amount of accumulation and translocation of temporary reserves in stem and leaf sheath, and promote the proliferating and filling of endosperm cells, which resulted in the increase of grain weight.
