摘要
[目的]探讨颅内动脉瘤的弹簧钢圈栓塞治疗的临床价值。[方法]45例颅内动脉瘤的患者,36例为并发蛛网膜下腔出血,9例为未破裂动脉瘤;所有患者均在全麻下行弹簧钢圈栓塞术,术后依动脉造影评价栓塞效果。[结果]45例动脉瘤均成功栓塞,其中100%栓塞35个,95%栓塞6个,4个90%栓塞。1例术中动脉瘤破裂,1例术后1周再次破裂出血,无死亡病例。[结论]血管内弹簧钢圈栓塞是治疗脑动脉瘤较理想的方法,具有微创、安全可靠、效果确切的特点。
[Objective]To evaluate the clinical outcomes of detachable coils packing therapy of intracranial aneurysm.[Methods]Forty-five patients of intracranial aneurysm were treated with detachable coils packing under general anesthesia.Thirty-six cases were ruptured aneurysms with SAH,and 9 cases were un-ruptured aneurysms.All of them were undergone cerebral arterial angiography for post-embolization evaluation.[Results]Forty-five cases of intracranial aneurysm were treated with coils packing successfully,35 of them were 100%,6 of them were 95% and 4 of them were 90% packings.Hemorrhage during the procedure occurred and re-hemorrhage post-embloizaiton occurred in one case respectively.No death was recorded.[Conclusion]Endovascular coils packing is a safe and effective solution for intracranial aneurysm therapy.
