自发性颈动脉海绵窦瘘5例报告
摘要
本文报告颈动脉海绵窦瘘5例,其中女性4例,且3例为中年妇女。4例病变同侧突眼,1例双侧突眼。4例有血管杂音,脑血管造影证实病变位于该侧。本组有3例行动脉内弹簧钢圈栓塞术,其中1例还进行了明胶海绵栓塞术,2例痊愈,1例症状减轻。
