摘要
研究了薄壁缸套工作表面的储油结构及其对缸套耐磨性的影响 ,对比了松孔镀铬、平顶珩磨、自激振动加工、激光珩磨、冲击加工微坑方法的优缺点 。
In this paper we have studied the oil\|bearing structures on the working surface of the thin\|wall cylinder liners and their effects to the wearability of the cylinder liners.The advantage and disadvantage of all the methods,including chrome\|plating with craze, plateau honing,machining with self\|oscillation, laser honing and micro\|pit machining with vibrated impact,have been comparatively analysesed.A viewpoint of developing a kind of high\|wearability cylinder liner which can remarkably reduce the oil exhaustion is thus presented.\;
