试尖在侧压法根管充填中对根管充填质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析试尖在侧压法根管充填中对充填质量影响。方法:选择需行根管治疗的单根管牙157颗和多根管牙249颗,分为试尖组202颗牙和非试尖组204颗牙,对其根管充填质量进行分析。结果:202颗试尖根管充填牙中,单根管牙和多根管牙的适充比例分别为88.46%和65.32%,超充为8.97%和23.39%,欠充为2.56%和11.29%;204颗非试尖根管充填牙中,单根管牙和多根管牙的适充比例分别为68.35%和45.60%,超充为18.99%和29.60%,欠充为12.66%和24.80%。试尖组适充率较高,欠充率较低,根管充填效果较非试尖组好。结论:在侧向加压法根管充填中,试尖可改善充填质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of trial point on quality of root canal obturation by lateral condensation technique. Methods 157 single root canal teeth and 249 multi-root canal teeth were divided into trial point group (202 teeth) and non-trial point group (204 teeth), then to investigate quality of root canal filling in the two groups. Results Among the 202 trial point teeth, the appropriate filling rate of single root canal teeth and multi-root canal teeth were 88.46% and 65.32% respectively, over filling rate were 8.97% and 23.39%, and deficient filling rate were 2.56% and 11.29% ; while in the non-trial point group, appropriate filling rate were 68.35% and 45.60%, over filling rate were 18.99% and 29.60% , deficient filling rate were12.66% and 24.80%. The trial point group had higher appropriate filling rate, lower deficient filling rate, and better effect in root canal filling than that in the non-trial point group. Conclusion Trial point can improve the quality of root canal obturation by lateral condensation.
