摘要
目的观察插销式桩核冠修复多根管牙残根残冠的临床效果。方法采用插销式桩核冠修复56颗多根管牙的残根残冠，观察术后治疗效果及修复体状况。结果56个修复体随访6个月～4年，咀嚼效果良好，边缘密合。结论插销式桩核冠能很好地解决多根管牙残根残冠的固位和抗力问题，修复效果良好。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of insertion-type separate post on crown restoration of residual root and crown with multiple canals. Methods Insertion-type separate post and core-crown was used to restore 56 residual roots and crowns with multiple canals. The clinical efficacy and outcome of restoration were evaluated. Result During 6 months to 4 years of follow-up, all the 56 fixed restorations were found to be with good marginal fitness and mastieatory function. Conclusion Insertion- type separate post is a satisfactory solution for retention and resistance of residual root and crown with multiple canals with good restoration outcome.
