摘要
本文对真鲷仔、稚、幼鱼发育过程中蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶的活性变化及其与环境因素,如温度、盐度、pH、食物等的关系,三种消化酶活性的季节变化和昼夜节律等进行了系列研究,初步了解三种消化酶活性与仔、稚、幼鱼生长、成活的关系,为提高真鲷人工育苗的成活率、鱼苗的生长速度以及不同发育阶段、不同环境条件下的合理投饵等提供了科学依据。
Funded by the Fujian Natural Science Foundation(No. C95009), this paper studies the var1atlon of protease, Q-amylase and lipase activities at different development stages of larval, juvenile and young Pagrosomus major(Temmick et Schlegel ), and the relatlons between the enzyme activlties and the .environmental factors such as temperature, sallnity, pH and feed. This paper also studies the seasonal variations, diurnal variat1ons of the three enzyme activities. This study prel1mlnarily reveals the relations between the dlgestive enzyme activlties and the growth and survival of larval and young fish. The results from this study may provide the scientific basis for raising the survival rate of artificial propagation, for increasing growth velocity and for rational feeding of P. major at different development stages and in different environments.
