摘要
以草鱼为对象,研究了不同发育阶段的消化酶活力及其昼夜变化规律。结果表明:60d组的草鱼肝胰脏及前、中、后肠消化酶活力高于30d组和150d组的;肝胰脏及前、中、后肠蛋白酶活力的峰值分别出现在17:00(1:00)、17:00、1:00、1:00;淀粉酶活力的峰值分别出现在13:00、17:00(5:00)、21:00、21:00(5:00);脂肪酶活力的峰值分别出现在17:00、17:00、17:00、17:00(1:00)。因此认为,草鱼消化酶活力与草鱼生长发育阶段密切相关,具有组织差异性,且呈现明显的昼夜节律。
In this paper, the circadian rhythms of digestive enzyme activities of Ctenopharyngodon idellas of different developmental stages were detected. The results showed that the enzyme activities in hepatopanceras, foregut, midgut and hindgut of group Ⅱ (60days)were higher than those of group Ⅰ (30days) and Ⅲ (150days). For the 100 - day - old Ctenopharyngodon idella, the peak values of protease activity in hepatopanceras, foregut, midgut and hindgut were appeared at 17:00 (01:00), 17:00, 1:00 and 1:00 O'clock, respectively. The peak values of amylase activity were appeared at 13:00, 17:00 (5:00), 21:00 and 21:00 (5:00) O'clock, while the peak values of lipase activity were appeared at 17 : 00, 17 : 00, 17 : 00 and 17 : 00 ( 1 : 00) O' clock, respectively. The results indicate that the digestive enzyme activity of Ctenopharyngodon idella correlates tightly to the developmental stage, and shows tissue variability and circadian rhythms.
