摘要
木聚糖酶(Xylanase)[EC 3.2.1.8]是木聚糖降解酶系中最关键的酶,它在食品、饲料、造纸等行业有着广泛的应用前景,已成为现代酶学研究的热点。该文简要介绍了微生物木聚糖酶的特点及其在工业领域的应用情况。
Xylanse（endo-β-1,4-D-xylanase）[EC 3.2.1.8] is the key enzyme in degrading completely xylan and has great prospect for applications in paper and pulp industry,food industry,and feed industry,et al.Today,it has become one of the hot spots of modern enzymology.The characteristic and industrial applications of xylanse is summarized in this article.
