摘要
以马来酸酐(MA)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)等为原料,通过自由基共聚合成含柔性链且具有亲水和亲油基团结构的水溶性超分散剂。研究不同柔性链段、不同用量的超分散剂对剑麻纤维(SF)/聚丙烯(PP)力学性能的影响,并借助扫描电镜(SEM)观察SF/PP冲击断面的微观形貌。结果表明,超分散剂B用量为3%时,SF/PP的冲击强度达22.09 kJ/m2,比未经超分散剂处理的SF/PP的提高了40%。
The hyper-dispersant containing the flexible chain structure with hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups was synthesized with maleic anhydride(MA), polyethylene glycol (PEG), sodium allyl sulphonate(SAS), etc. as raw materials through radical copolymeria- tion. The effects of different flexible chains and content of hyper-dispersant on mechanical properties of SF/PP composites were investigated, and the impact fracture surface of SF/PP composites was observed by SEM. The results show that when the mass fraction of hyperdispersant B is 3 %, the impact strength of SF/PP composites can come up to 22.09 kJ/m2 , which is 40 % higher than that of unmodified system.
