干燥处理对PE/松木粉复合材料性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 采用松木粉对聚乙烯填充改性,研究了在不同温度下烘箱干燥后松木粉的失重率及烘箱干燥温度和时间对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:松木粉经105℃烘箱干燥7h可赋予复合材料最佳综合性能,拉伸强度为19.8MPa,冲击强度为6.5MPa。 Modification of polyethylene (PE) with pine wood flour was performed in this paper. Weight loss of the pine wood flour treated at different temperatures in oven was examined. The effects of drying temperature and treatment time on properties of the composite material were studied. The results show that the pin wood flour dried at 105°C for 7 hours can endow the composite material with the best comprehensive performance, tensile strength of 19.8 MPa and impact strength of 6.5 MPa.
