摘要
用自行设计的HF-1型智能化学发光测定仪建立地塞米松磷酸钠注射液的化学发光测定新方法,碘与鲁米诺反应的产物会发射出一定波长的光线,其强度与磷酸盐的含量成正比,此法简便可行,相对标准偏差为1.79%和2.36%,回收率为97.93%和102.3%。
Based on the catalytic action of trace PO43- ion on the oxidation of potassium iodide by ammonium molybdate to form iodine in an alkaline medium,a novel chemiluminous method for the determination of injection dexamethasone sodium phosphate has been developed with Intelligent Chemiluminescence Analyzer Model HF-1 designed by the authors. During the reaction of iodine with luminol in progress, light of a definite wavelength would emit from the product of oxidation ,and its Intensity was proportional to the content of PO43- ion. This method is acceptable and realizable. The relative standard deviations of 1. 79% and 2. 36% and recoveries of 97. 93% and 102. 3% were obtained.
