摘要
随着工业的快速发展,大量工业园区的出现对城市的自然环境和整体格局造成了严重的破坏。针对山水城市中工业园区的规划问题,以柳州市洛维工业园区为例,在规划中引入了"工业—生活"综合体的概念,洛维工业园区的产业类型以汽车研发、展示和检修等汽车服务型产业为主,同时辅以物流、金融和仓储等配套功能。通过产业类型的最优化选择及复合型、紧凑性和高效性的用地布局与城市肌理协调相融的空间格局,实现经济利益、环境利益与社会利益三者的协调发展。
The large numbers of new industrial parks marks the rapid industrialization of urban areas,but this new development threatens the existing urban environment and planned layout of cities.The Luowei industrial park in Liuzhou introduces an ＂industrial living complex＂ concept that includes automotive industries,warehousing,shipping services,and a financial district.Choosing an appropriate industrial mix developed in compact mixeduse plans,can be designed with a spatial pattern that is coordinated with the existing urban context.This coordination can simultaneously achieve economic development,environmental protection,and the provision of social benefits.
