摘要
现代工业是汇集产业发展、能源供给、物流运输等众多功能的综合集成,相关功能与交通高度集中,尽可能于有限范围内高效产出,是企业经营的客观价值体现;而独树一帜的产业特点,则是企业竞争力的突出表现。相对平原厂区,复杂多变的山地环境,使厂区规划面临更大挑战,也给厂区营建提出更多要求。结合四川郎酒集团美酒河厂区规划设计,探讨了在山地环境经营厂区注重的客观问题,依据基地自身的地形特点变弊为利的产业更新思路以及工业建筑多层面适应地形的设计方法。
Modern industry is an integration of industrial development, energy supply, logistics, transportation and other functions, whose functions and traffic are highly concentrated, as far as possible thus to make high output as far as possible in a limited field is the reflection of objective value of the business of an enterprise; and unique characteristics of the industry is the outstanding performance of the competitiveness of enterprises. As compared with a factory in plain, due to the complexity and variability of mountainous environment, the plant planning must face greater challenges and more requirements. Combining with the planning and design of Wine River for a plant under Sichuan Langjiu Group, this paper discussed the issues focusing on the construction of plant area in mountainous environment; according to the topography characteristics and based on the regenerative ideas of how to transform unfavorable factors into favorable conditions; and it also dealt with the multi level terrain-adaptive design method of industrial buildings.
