摘要
针对越来越多的山地工业园区,传统的工业区规划建设模式已无法适应环境的要求,文章针对山地工业区存在的生态环境敏感、工程建设复杂、配套设施匮乏等问题进行阐述,并提出显山露水、因地制宜、基础设施先行等对策。以永安汽车城南扩片区控规为例,进一步阐述山地工业园的规划对策,以期对山地工业园区的规划提出一定的借鉴意义。
For a growing number of mountain industrial park,the traditional industrial park planning and construction model has been unable to meet the demands of the environment. The article described the issues such as ecologically sensitive,construction complex,lack of facilities in mountain industrial park. It proposed the advices such as show landscape,local conditions,infrastructure first. It took the regulatory planning of southern expansion area of motor city in Yongan for example and further proposed the advices on mountain industrial park planning in order to provide significance on mountain industrial park planning
