摘要
在pH3.6的Britton-Robinson(B-R)介质中,虎红与硫酸卡那霉素相互作用,使虎红褪色,最大吸收峰在546 nm处,且吸光度差值与硫酸卡那霉素浓度呈线性相关,在最佳条件下,硫酸卡那霉素在0.0~0.8μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε546=8.98×104L.mol-1.cm-1。据此建立了一种测定硫酸卡那霉素含量的新方法。将方法应用于硫酸卡那霉素滴眼液和注射液的测定,结果满意。
In pH=3.6 Britton-Robinson buffer solution,the interaction of kanamycin sulfate and Rose Bengal leads to the reduction of absorbance of Rose Bengal at 546 nm.The decrease absorbance value is proportional to the concentration of kanamycin sulfate.A new method for the determination of trace kanamycin sulfate was proposed.Under the optimal conditions,Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.0-0.8 μg/mL with apparent molar absorptivity of 8.98×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.The present method can be applied to the determination of kanamycin sulfate in eye drops and injection samples with satisfactory result.
