菜籽油制备生物柴油适宜工艺条件及粘度与产率关系的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 探讨了菜籽油和甲醇在KOH催化下通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油的工艺条件,得出最佳工艺条件为:醇油摩尔比为6∶1,催化剂KOH质量分数为1.0%,反应温度50℃~60℃,反应时间30min左右。并考察了产物粘度与产率之间的关系,结果表明,产率越高,粘度越低,通过测定产物的粘度及其与产率的对应关系可方便地得到产率的数值。 Process conditions of preparing biodiesel from rapeseed oil and methanol by transesterifi_cation catalyzed by KOH were investigated. The result showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows: alcohol-oil molar ratio 6:1, catalyst mass fraction 1.0%, reaction temperature 50℃-60℃ and reaction time about 30 rain. Further more, the relationship curve between the viscosity of product and the yield was gained, and it showed that the viscosity decreased with the increase of yield, which provided a method for quickly determining the yield by mensurating the viscosity.
