摘要
介绍了以皂脚为原料制备生物柴油的方法,反应以H2SO4为催化剂,通过将皂脚转化为脂肪酸,然后与甲醇进行酯化反应获得脂肪酸甲酯。分别考察了酯化反应条件如反应温度、反应时间、甲醇与脂肪酸的比例对酯化率的影响。应用正交实验方法得出酯化反应的最佳条件为:反应温度60℃,反应时间60 min,甲醇与脂肪酸的比例为1∶1(V/W)。
A study was made to prepare biodiesel by soapstock,using H2SO4 as catalyst.The reaction could be done by transforming the soapstock to fatty acid and then by esterification of fatty acid with methanol. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and the ratio of methanol to fatty acid were examined through experiment. Results got by orthogonal experiments indicated the optimal reaction conditions were: reaction temperature 60℃, reaction time 60 min, the ratio of methanol to fatty acid 1 : 1(V/W).
