摘要
对黏度法测试生物柴油连续生产酯交换反应转化率过程的可行性和准确性进行了系统研究。结果表明:采用黏度法测试酯交换反应转化率是可行的,且具有较高的准确性;生产条件下采用黏度法,甲醇导致黏度急剧降低,甘油使黏度略有增加,而碱催化剂影响可以忽略;取样点确定为沉降工序后上层甲酯,样品蒸发除甲醇进行黏度测试。与色谱法对比,平均相对标准偏差为0.91%,可用于实际生产过程酯交换反应转化率的快速测试。
The feasibility and accuracy of viscosity method for determining the conversion rate of transesterification reaction were studied. The results showed that it was feasible to determine the conversion rate of transesterification by measuring the viscosity of biodiesel with relatively high accuracy. Under the production conditions, methanol dissolved in biodiesel would sharply reduce the viscosity of biodiesel, but glycerol would increase it slightly, and the influence of base catalyst on viscosity could be neglected. The sampling point should be set of the upper fatty acid methyl ester after glycerol sedimentation. The sample should be heated to vaporize the methanol for the subsequent viscosity measuring. Compared with GC method, the viscosity method for continuous production exhibited simplicity and rapidity with the mean relative standard deviation of 0.91%.
