摘要
健康人格教育的基本理论问题包括健康人格的基本属性观、健康人格的发展观和健康人格的教育观三个方面。健康人格是一种正常发挥的心理机能特性,其基本属性表现为和谐性、适应性、自主性和发展性四个方面。健康人格发展观主要包括四个方面的内容,即早期生活经验为健康人格发展奠定基础;自主选择和目标建构为健康人格发展指引方向;社会适应是健康人格发展的根本途径;学习是健康人格发展的主要方式。健康人格教育观主要包括养成教育观、挫折教育观、激励教育观和自我教育观。
Basic theoretical issues of healthy personality education include three aspects, which are basic attribute views of healthy personality, concepts of healthy personality devel- opment and educational ideas of health personality. Healthy personality that mainly reflects the attributes of harmony, adaptation, self-determination and expansibility, is a well-bal- anced mental function. Concepts of healthy personality development has four main headings: Early life experience is the foundation of healthy personality; independent choice and goal- construct show the direction for healthy personality development; social adaptation is a basic route of healthy personality; learning is an important way to healthy personality. Educational ideas of healthy personality include the following main items, namely the ideas of nurture education, frustration education, inspirit education and self-education.
