摘要
教育是一个国家的根本,教育兴旺则国家昌盛。在推行素质教育的今天,面对不同个性的学生,如何实现有效的激励?文章从激励教育的概念、理论、方法等方面进行了探讨,同时提出了在激励教育中应该注意的几个问题。
Education is the fundation of a nation.Its development will ensure the thriving of the nation.Today,charactor education is carried out throughout our country.With students of varied personalities,how should we encourage them effectively?The article probes into the problem from the notion,theory and approach of encouragement education.At the same time,the author points out some aspects that should be noticed in encouragement education.
