摘要
本文从盈利能力、流动能力、规模优势、发展能力、经营能力及人力资源六方面构建一个比较全面而系统的保险业竞争力指标体系,利用熵权法与Topsis法相结合对4家上市保险公司进行了实证分析,并深入比较了各保险公司竞争力的优势与不足。
This paper has established six aspects of the competitiveness about the insurance companies which includes benefit abilities, fluency, scale advantages, operating abilities , human resources and so on. Then we applied Entropy-weighting and Topsis to analyze the data of 4 insurance companies and come out with the advantages and disadvantages of each company to help them improve competitiveness.
