摘要
正确评价保险公司竞争力,对于公司有目的地实施竞争战略,提升竞争力具有重要意义,而准确构建竞争力评价指标体系是正确评价竞争力的基础。本文在分析反映和影响竞争力因素的基础上,构建了保险公司竞争力评价指标体系,它由现实竞争力指标和潜在竞争力指标构成,其中现实竞争力指标由保险公司规模指标,盈利能力指标,赔付、费用指标,偿付能力指标和投资能力指标构成,潜在竞争力指标由保险公司服务质量指标、信息吸收能力指标、人力资本指标和开发创新能力指标构成。
Insurance enterprise's survival lies on nothing more than its competitiveness in the fierce market. A proper way of evaluating the competitiveness, therefore, is significantly helpful for the insurance enterprise to carry out its competitive strategy purposefully and promote its competitiveness ultimately. The basis of evaluating precisely the competitiveness is to establish an appropriate system of evaluation index, however. This article attempts to set up a system of evaluation index on the competitiveness of insurance enterprise basing on an analysis of the affecting factors.
