摘要
目的：探讨鼻咽鳞癌组织分化与ｃ－ｆｏｓ癌基因的关系。方法：采用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法和图象分析技术检测１２５例鼻咽癌的ｃ－ｆｏｓ癌基因表达产物及其阳性胞核面积。结果：非角化性鳞癌ｃ－ｆｏｓ癌基因阳性率（４４．４％）高于角化性鳞癌（１７．７％），前者中低分化鳞癌与未分化癌之间的ｃ－ｆｏｓ阳性率差异没有显著性，而核面积明显增大的未分化泡状癌细胞核未见阳性表达。结论：鼻咽鳞癌细胞的分化程度与ｃ－ｆｏｓ癌基因的表达密切相关。
Purpose To evaluate the correlation between the cfos expression and the tumor differentiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The expression of the cfos protein was examined in 125 cases of NPC using immunohistochemistry and the nuclear area of positive immunostain was also measured with image analyzer. Results Positivity rate of cfos protein was higher in nonkeratinizing squamous cell carcinoma (NKSCC) (444%) than in keratinizing one (176%) (P<005). No significant difference was found in positivity rates between the differentiated and the undifferentiated carcinoma of NKSCC (P>005). Conclusions The cfos expression is related closely to the cellular differentiation of the cancer cells in NPC.
