动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血早期手术的疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)早期手术疗效。方法回顾性分析40例行早期显微镜下动脉瘤夹闭手术的动脉瘤性SAH患者的临床资料,入组患者均于动脉瘤破裂后72 h内进行手术,手术入路选择翼点入路或扩大翼点入路。结果入组40例患者均有效夹闭动脉瘤,其中预后良好者24例,预后不良者16例。术后所有患者均得到随访,无一例术后二次出血发生,死亡1例。结论动脉瘤性SAH行早期显微镜下动脉瘤夹闭手术疗效较好,有效防止了再次出血的可能,值得临床推广应用。
