摘要
目的了解基层医院感染管理工作的现状及存在的共性问题,结合当前医院感染法律化管理的要求,提出了相应的对策。方法对共性问题提出分析,在对策上提出相应的措施。结果基层医院感染管理工作,必须强化医院感染管理功能建设,充分发挥其职能作用,严格执行各项法律、法规制度,全面有效地发挥三级网络的管理职能作用,做到人人参与感染管理,确保感染管理工作的正常运行。结论专职人员必须善于学习先进的管理理念和技术,提高自身素质,同时强调医院领导应重视基层基础设施的建设,投入必要的设施、设备,保证医疗安全。
OBJECTIVE To know the present situation and the common probelms existing in nosocomial infection management in the grass-roots hospitals, and to propose the countermeasures according to the requirement of the enhancing management in nosocomial infeeton. METHODS The common problems were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed. RESULTS In order to operate well in the work of the infection management, we found that we should strengthen the functional construction of the nosocomial infection management, strictly execute all statutes and laws, bring three-stage network into full and effective management, and to encourage all the people to participate the work of infection management. CONCLUSIONS Professionals must be learn and study the advanced management concepts and technics and improve their own quality. Meanwhile, in order to make sure the safety of medical environment, it is necessary for the leaders of hospital to think highly of the construction of understructare facility, and to invest the essential equipment and facility.
