摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定坤宁颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量。方法以氨基柱为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(78∶22)为流动相,以202nm为检测波长,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果盐酸水苏碱在本文设计的范围内线性关系良好,r为0.9999,平均回收率为98.75%。结论该质量标准的研究有效控制了坤宁颗粒的质量,方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Kunning Granules.Methods It was determined on an amido column,using acetonitrile-water(78∶22)as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1,and detected at 202nm.Results The linear relation of the peak area of stachydrine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC with a good regression coefficient,r=0.9999,and average recovery rate was 98.75%.Conclusion It can be used for controlling the quality of Kunning Granules.The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.
