摘要
目的：建立益母草注射液中盐酸水苏碱的高效液相含量测定方法。方法：采用Alltech SCX5μ（4.6×250mm）色谱柱,流动相为0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾-三乙胺（100∶0.1）（以磷酸调pH值至2.3）,检测波长为203nm。结果：线性范围1.64-13.12μg（r=0.9996）。平均回收率98.0%,RSD=1.8%（n=5）。结论：该法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于益母草注射液的质量控制。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Yimucao Injection, Methods：Alltech SCX 5μ（4. 6×250mm）was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 05mol·L^-1 KH2PO4-triethylamine（100 0.1 ）（adjusted to pH 2.3 with phosphoric acid）,and the detection wavelength at 203nm. Results： The linear range was from 1.64μg to 13.12μg（r=0.9996）. The mean recovery was 98.0% ,RSD of 1.8% （n：5）. Conclusion：This method was simple, sensitive and accurate. The established method can be used for quality control of Yimucao Injection.
