摘要
文章研究了如何对金属加工液配方进行优选,可采用模糊层次分析法对金属加工液配方方案进行多目标优选。解决了金属加工用油性能要求多、配方选择难的问题。通过实例证明,利用数字模糊层次分析法对于金属加工液优选配方不仅是有效的,而且是非常直观的,加快了研制进程,缩短了研制时间。
The formula optimization methods of metal working fluids were studied.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) was used to achieve multi-goal optimization for metal working fluids formulas.As a result,this method made the formula selection easier.The examples proved that using FAHP to optimize the formula of metal working fluids is not only effective but also intuitionistic.Meanwhile it can quicken the research process and shorten the research time.
