摘要
针对重负荷发动机冷却液的性能特点和使用要求,利用模糊层次法,对重负荷发动机冷却液的基础液、功能添加剂以及全配方方案进行筛选评价。确定选用乙二醇和丙二醇复合作为复合基础液,配以多种复合添加剂,研制出一种全新的重负荷发动机冷却液。经过理化分析和某物流企业实车试验发现,该冷却液具有冷却性和热稳定性能好,抗穴蚀、抗锈、抗泡性能好,阻垢性能强,使用和储存寿命长、组成稳定等特点。
According to the performance characteristics and application requirements of heavy-duty engine coolants, the basic liquid, functional additives and complete formulation of the coolant were selected and evaluated by utilizing the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.With ethylene glycol and propylene glycol as the base t'luid,and coupled with a variety of addi- tives,anew heavy-duty engine coolant was developed. After physical and chemical analysis and a logistics company car test, it is found the coolant has the characteristics such as good cooling and thermal stability, good performances of anti-cav- itation, anti-rust, anti-foam and anti-scaling, a long life of use and storage as well as good stability in composition.
