摘要 针对润滑脂开发中存在的多指标优选问题,采用ELECTRE-I法对润滑脂配方进行净优势度比较排序,从而获得润滑脂优化配方。以球磨机大齿轮圈润滑脂为例,通过对润滑脂的蒸发性、低温流动性、生物降解性、极压抗磨性及生产成本等指标因素的综合评价分析,建立润滑脂的ELECTRE-I配方优选模型,并得到最佳配方优化方案。该优选模型可根据不同的性能指标要求,筛选出综合性能较好的润滑脂配方,是一种合理可行的润滑脂配方优选方法。 Aimed at the optimization of multi-index in the development of greases,the ELECTRE-I method was introduced into the comparison of the dominance value of the grease formula to obtain the optimum formula of the grease. Taking the development of large gear ring grease for ball mill as an example,after the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the factors such as evaporability,cold flow property,biodegradability,extreme pressure anti-wear property and production cost,the ELECTRE-I model for formula optimization of grease was established,and the optimal formula optimization scheme was obtained.The optimized model can select the grease formula with good comprehensive performances according to different performance indexes.It is a reasonable and feasible method for selecting the formula of lubricating grease.
