摘要
在分析医院的人力资源构成的基础上,提出医院开展核心人力资源绩效考核的战略考虑。介绍了华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院运用平衡计分卡评价核心人力资源绩效的做法及医院绩效评价的成效。
Based on the analysis of hospital human resources structure, the methods and strategic thoughts of core human resources performance evaluation were discussed. The experience and effectiveness of using balanced score cards to evaluate core human resources performance in affiliated Tongji Hospital were introduced.
