摘要
物流人才的需求已基本涵盖所有企业.企业所需的物流人才包括企业物流人才、规划和咨询物流人才、外向型国际物流人才、科研教学物流人才等.目前我国物流教育还有待成熟,应如何通过加强师资队伍建设、调整人才培养模式、按照职业能力层次化培养物流专业人才的实践能力等措施优化对企业物流人才的培养.
Logistics personnel are needed in almost every enterprise, which include planning and consultancy talent, expert-oriented international logistics personnel, as well as logistics researchers and tutors. How to develop enterprise logistics personnel is mainly discussed in the paper by strengthening teaching team construction, adjusting personnel training mode, and improving professional practical ability based on hierarchical training and optimized measures.
