摘要
高素质人才是现代物流发展的关键因素。针对我国目前物流专业人才匮乏、管理水平低这一突出问题,我们需要采取多种形式,加速人力资源的开发与培养。另外,我们也需要从理论上分析我国物流人才、物流教育的现状以及发展趋势,并在此基础上,提出物流教育的可行性建议。
The high-quality personnel is the key factor of the development in modern physical distribution. In the light of the present conspicuous problems of deficient professional talents in physical distribution and low level in administration of our country ,we should adopt various forms to accelerate the development and training of human resources in this field.Furthermore,the present situation and the development tendency of the professional talents in physical distribution and the education of physical distribution need be analysed.Then,on the base of contents above,several viewpoints on the education of physical distribution are given.
