摘要
以某型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组轴系为研究对象。首先对轴系各转子进行了模化,然后采用有限元方法计算了轴系的横向弯曲临界转速和不平衡量响应;同时采用连续质量的传递矩阵法计算了轴系的扭振固有频率和两相短路时轴系的扭振响应,并进行了轴系振动安全性分析。
In this paper, the vibration characteristics of the shafting for a gas-steam combined cycle Units were studied. First, rotors were modeled, then the bending critical speeds and unbalance response of the shafting system were calculated by finite element model. The torsional vibration natural frequencies and two-phase short circuit response of the shafting were calculated by transfer matrix method at the same time. Finally the shafting vibration safety was also analysed.
