摘要
汽流激振是制约超超临界汽轮机安全性的关键因素之一。概括分析了国内外对汽轮机汽流激振的研究现状,并介绍了超超临界机组汽轮机汽流激振产生的原因、特征及其对轴系稳定性的影响。结合某电厂超超临界百万千瓦机组的振动实例,对汽轮机汽流激振进行了分析讨论,给出了治理汽轮机汽流激振的措施,实施后机组运行良好。
The steam flow excited vibration(SFEV) is one of the key factors which restrict the safety of ultra-supercritical units.The status quo of studying SFEV at home and abroad has been briefly analysed,the causes leading to SFEV on steam turbine of ultra-supercritical units,the behavior of SFEV,and the influence of SFEV upon stability of the shafting system being presented.Combined with the practical examples of vibration on ultra-supercritical unit in one power plant,the SFEV on steam turbines has been analysed and discussed,and measures for rectifying SFEV on steam turbines being given,after implementation,the operation of unit is good.
