摘要
建国以来,我国高等教育管理研究历尽沧桑,从无到有,从弱到强,从经验实务到理论建构,从方法单一到多元探索。通过文本的梳理与分析,论证了我国高等教育管理研究在改革开放前后三十年的不同研究取向,阐述了我国高等教育管理研究的范式变迁,期许了我国高等教育管理研究发展进路。认为高等教育管理要重建理论体系,奠定方法论基石,整合研究队伍,强化学术规范,使研究具有本土性、战略性和实践性。
The current paper analyzes the higher education management paradigm development and predicts the direction of future research. It argues that higher education management needs to rebuild the theoretical system, reshape the methodology foundation, readjust the research team, ensure the scholar rigor so as to make the research more localized, strategic, as well as practical.
