摘要
能否建立或理顺高校内部管理体制 ,是高校的教育教学活动能否取得成功的一个重要环节。本文在分析当前我国大学内部管理体制存在的问题的同时 ,阐发了大学获得自主权后 ,怎样进行内部管理体制改革的想法。
Establishing an effective internal management system is a key to a university's success in its educational endeavors. Based on an analysis of the problems prevalent in the internal management system of China's universities, this paper offers some suggestions on the reform of the management system once the universities have acquired their autonomous power.
