摘要
目的:优化甘草中总黄酮和总皂苷成分的提取工艺,并比较在不同品种和不同产地野生甘草药材中的含量差异。方法:紫外分光光度计测定甘草总黄酮和总皂苷的含量,采用正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、固液比、氨水浓度及超声温度对其提取率的影响,优选出能同时提取两类成分的合适工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度80%,固液比1∶20,氨水浓度0.3%及超声温度40℃;不同来源甘草药材的总黄酮和总皂苷含量差异较大。结论:优选的条件可靠,重现性好,适合甘草总黄酮和总皂苷的同时提取;测定甘草总黄酮和总皂苷含量能有效评价甘草药材质量。
Objective： To optimize the extraction technology of total flavones and saponins from radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae, and compare their difference in contents. Methods： The total contents of flavonoids and saponins are determined by UV spectrophotometer, and orthogonal experiment is used for optimizing the extraction technology. Results： The optimal extraction technology should be A3 B3 C3 D3, and there are obvious differences in the total contents of flavonoids and saponins among various areas. Conclusion： The extraction method is simple and realizable, and it is feasible to determine the contents of total flavonoids and saponins to control the herbs quality.
