摘要
探讨超声辅助车削技术的优点,利用实践对比分析了超声辅助车削技术与普通车削技术的优势。超声辅助车削加工大大提高了碳/碳复合材料的表面加工质量,降低了切削温度。结论:超声辅助车削相对于普通车削,能够有效减小刀具磨损量、延长刀具使用寿命,从而提高加工效率和加工质量,减小成本。
Objective: To explore the advantages of ultrasound-assisted turning technology. Methods: Comparison of ultrasound-assisted practice of turning technology and general strengths of turning technology. Results: The ultrasound-assisted turning greatly increased the carbon / carbon composite material surface processing quality, reduce the cutting temperature. Conclusion: The ultrasound-assisted turning relative to the normal turning, can effectively reduce tool wear, extending tool life, to improve processing effieieney and processing quality, lower cost.
