摘要
在切削加工碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced plastics, CFRP)时,刀具磨损问题严重,因此对碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料开展钻削试验,并对刀具不同磨损形式进行观察,讨论金刚石涂层硬质合金刀具磨损机理。实验结果表明:钻削时轴向切削力、切削温度都随着刀具磨损而逐渐增大;温度升高导致树脂基体玻璃化,从而降低了树脂基体对碳纤维的束缚能力,导致加工孔的出口质量变差;金刚石涂层硬质合金刀具的主要磨损形式为碳纤维与刀具间持续不断的磨擦导致的磨粒磨损,主要为刃口涂层磨损、后刀面涂层磨损、刀尖部分涂层剥落和微崩刃。
Due to the serious problem of tool wear during the cutting process of carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP),the drilling experiments of CFRP are carried out.The different wear forms of the tool are observed,and the wear mechanism of diamond coated cemented carbide tool is discussed.In the cutting process of carbon fiber reinforced plastics,the problem of tool wear is serious.Therefore,drilling experiments are carried out on CFRP,and different wear forms of the tool are observed,and the wear mechanism of diamond coated cemented carbide tool is discussed.The experiment results show that the axial cutting force and the cutting temperature of CFRP during the drilling process gradually increase with the tool wear.With the increase of the cutting temperature the resin matrix will be vitrified,which leads to the reducing of the binding ability between the resin matrix and the carbon fiber,thus resulting in the poor quality of the exit hole.The main wear form of diamond coated cemented carbide tool is the abrasive wear caused by continuous friction between the carbon fiber and the tool,mainly for the cutting edge coating wear,rear cutting surface coating wear,tip partial coating spalling and micro-cracking.
