超声波功率萃取系统电路设计

摘要 介绍了植物活性成分的超声波功率萃取系统电路的设计过程,该功率萃取系统电路由4部分组成,电压变换(整流和滤波)电路,信号发生电路,驱动电路,匹配电路。最后讨论了超声波功率萃取系统电路的应用,对中药葛根素进行20分钟萃取,一次萃取率达98·3%。 In this paper, the design process of ultrasonic power extraction system circuit of phytochemical active constituents was introduced. The power extraction system circuit is composed of four parts: voltage transformation (commutation and filter) circuit, signal generating circuit, driving circuit and matching circuit. At last, the application of ultrasonic power extraction system circuit was discussed. The extraction of puerarin was made for 20 minutes and the one time extraction rate reached 98.3%.
