摘要
为探讨中小学校长工作满意度与其工作压力的关系,构建工作压力对工作满意度影响的回归方程,提出相应提高中小学校长工作满意度的对策,特进行了这项研究。方法是以河北省滦平县195名中小学校长为研究对象,应用"工作满意度量表"和"工作压力量表"为研究工具,进行团体施测。研究结论:(1)工作满意度与工作压力呈显著负相关。(2)工作压力各因子中的工作负荷、社会因素、考试升学、人际关系、学生这五个因素对工作满意度有显著的预测作用。
This study investigates the relationship between satisfaction and pressure of 195 primary and high school headmasters in Luanping county of Hebei province in order to construct a regression formula and find countermeasures. A scale of satisfaction and a scale of working pressure are used as instruments. Ressult shows that the pressure and satisfaction are negatively relevant, and the working load, social element, examination, interpersonal relationship and students in the working pressure serve as predictable indicators of satisfaction.
